What am I doing with my life?

Over the past few decades, the ‘American Dream’ has shifted from being solidly within our grasp, to a distant pie in the sky fantasy that seems unattainable for many hardworking people. Only by carefully evaluating our values and priorities can we feel the sense of pride and purpose that we all deserve. I use the research proven methods of DBT, CBT and mindfulness to teach adults how to find the confidence, clarity and contentment they’ve been looking for.
