CBT

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is the most widely used and scientifically validated form of psychotherapy. The CBT model will be utilized throughout the treatment process. Examples of such techniques include cognitive restructuring, exposure therapy, journaling, thought records, behavioral experimenting and relaxation/stress reduction.

Mindfulness

Meditation doesn’t have to be hard. Mindfulness offers us a path to wellness that is both accessible and achievable. Whether using formal meditation, mindful chores, or even mindful interactions with friends, we can all attain the peaceful and meaningful life we dream of. With over a decade of meditation and mindfulness experience, I offer an array of mindfulness skills to improve the lives of you and those around you.

Experiential

Many people believe that therapy means talking to a professional in a formal office. Although this can be helpful for some, talking isn’t for everybody. More and more research is demonstrating the effectiveness of experiential, movement-based therapies.

I offer experiential therapy options for even the most restless clients. Take a mindful walk around the office, enjoy a relaxing flow yoga session, or learn basic martial arts postures and movements.
